Kefir mask with green tea


This extremely simple mask has tonic, anti-inflammatory and light exfoliating.

The cover:

1 tablespoon spoon of green tea without synthetic coloring agents;

1 tbsp. Spoonful milk yoghurt three hours;

1/3 cup water.

Preparation and apply

Seethe the h2o and wait for it to cool to some 80 C. Then, brew milk and let it brew for 2-3 min.

Strain the tea leaves in a some layers of cheesecloth or apply a conventional strainer and mix green green tea and yogurt.

Apply a cover to 3-4 layers to well cleansed skin and neck with a cotton pad, allowing each layer to dry out a bit.

The finish layer hold for 10-15 minutes.

Course masks

Use a cover 1-2 times a week for a 30 days.
